The file 'Glock Sight Pusher Installation Tool For Suppressor Height Irons 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 31.0KB.
After printing out another sight pusher I decided I wanted to make a version that was smaller and quicker to print with a captured pusher. I also wanted to use more common hardware and I wanted it to accommodate supressor height sights up to about 0.6 in tall.
For the hardware, you'll need the following.
1 - 1/4" x 4.5" zinc plated hex bolt
4 - 1/4" hex nuts.
Thread locker (Loctite)
Use thread locker on the two outside nuts to capture the bolt.
These items are abundant at any hardware store. The cavities for the hex nuts are designed to 11.3 mm from face to face and the hole for the bolt is 6.5 mm if you want to try metric bolts and nuts.
This is compatible with the standard 9mm and .40 slides and the smaller slides like the G43. They're all 21.6mm tall. I'm not sure if the 10mm and .45 slides are any taller though so I can't guarantee they'll fit.
The printed wrench piece isn't necessary. I just use a socket or wrench.
If you print this please let me know if you have any feedback.
