The file 'Glock 17 SIMPLE – Toy Spring Mechanisms – Slide, Trigger, Mag 3D Printer Model' is (stl, zip) file type, size is 1.4MB.
My printer at the moment sucks, so until I get a new one I would love to see someone do a make of this on a decent printer.
Simple Glock 17 modeled for a Davinci XYZ printer. Crude but working spring mechanisms for the slide, magazine, and trigger. Made for fun. Significant assembly and glue are required. Both the trigger and magazine work with a 36mm length spring. 38mm length spring slides onto the barrel. NOT ACCURATE. Intended as a toy.
Finished printing a prototype. Magazine release button works perfectly. Slide sits in place, is easy to pull back, and springs back once let go. Trigger sits at the length of the spring and pops back into place after being pulled. Cool fidget toy to practice reload drills with. Required a lot of sanding and modifying because my Davinci 2.0 Repetier Mod sucks.
Going to print an extended magazine.
