This is a simple canister to hold the cutter head with or without the blades for the Giraud Power Trimmer.
I've owned my trimmer for years and still keep the cutter heads stored in a paper napkin similar to how they arrived from Giraud. This tool was designed as a way to securely store the cutter head while protecting the blades.
The base of the lid has an inset for a 3/8 nut you can pickup at the hardware store. Just superglue it into its inset and you're done. 3D printers can't reliably do threads at this pitch, so the nut is the best solution. The head easily screws in and keeps your blades from banging around in the drawer or on your bench.
No supports needed. I used PLA to print.
Update: Added different embossed lid options to label your container for cutter sizes 6, 6.5, 7, 30, and 308. The one just labeled "Lid" has no engraved caliber.
