I saw a few gift boxes but decided to design my own in any case. However mine does not have a bow on top. Instead I used the flower https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1440472 to glue on top. The box is 100mm x 100mm and the ribbon fits nice and flush in the grooves on the box sides. Then I printed this Christmas card https://www.thingiverse.com/make:582287 put a ribbon through it and hung it over the flower so that the card hangs on the side of the box.
