Gideon from Seven Deadly Sins is third in my 10" Desk Weapon series. As with most of my designs, the original style was modified to make it easier to print.

This hammer has a thin handle, so I made a 2.4mm hole to allow reinforcement. I used Ook 14 gauge wire:

The wire can be easily straightened using a block of wood and a drill. Just search YouTube for "straighten wire control rods" to find a great video showing how to do this.
Also, since the handle is thin and so much taller than the rest of the parts, printing an extra one spaced out a bit from the other can help it print cleaner on some machines.
