I made it fully 3d printable, adjusted some edges and added holes to the mask to allow for sewing on. Please feel free to use it in whatever you like.
Make sure to adjust the size to correctly fit your face, I would recommend using tree supports and facing the face at an upwards angle in order to keep it as smooth as possible.
Default 0.2 should do just fine on an ender 3.
The gcode attached is the size that fit my face but it may not fit all.
