These Shelf liners improve the door shelfs on the Magic Chef 12v refrigerator that is installed in GeoPro travel trailers (model # WD-127FDC). Without the shelf liners most items will fall off the shelf while towing the camper down the road.
I found out through trial and error that the easiest way to install the liners is to insert the back wall under the wire bail. Slide the liner back until it is in contact with the wall of the door. Then snap the wire bail over the front liner wall, It doesn't take that much force.
The bottom shelf is too long for my printer to print in one piece, so I split into two parts. I have glue tabs on the RH part. I have installed mine without glue. They seem not to move around much so I don't think I will glue. If you don't want the glue tabs just print a mirror image of the LH part.
If you chose to glue, please keep in mind that CA glue (aka: Super Glue) is not food safe and should not be used. Sorry, but I don't have a recommendation.
Print Settings I used;
PLA filament
Print orientation side of shelf on hot plate.
2 perimeter walls, 10% adaptive cubic infill.
Use a brim, and with organic supports. See photo
August 2024 Update:
I added a *.STL for the upper left shelf. It has two shelfs, it's a tight fight but works well.
