Summary

I see a lot of guys trying to hack up the og bump-stops after cranking the torsion bars, this was my solution to add some padding between the metal mating surfaces while providing maximum downward travel to make up for what was lost.

These should be printed out of TPU95, a rubber like filament that has great layers adhesion and durability to heat, chemicals, and abrasion. The infill and infill design can be adjusted to “tune” its compression rate. I’ve been running them with great success for the past few months so I figured I’d share the info. I will be selling a few sets in my Rogue Montero Etsy shop.

Will fit Gen2 & Gen2.5 Montero. Might also fit the Sport, and the Delica. On Gen1 Montero you will need to file down the locating humps on the factory UCA.

To attach these to your UCA you will need to but either Ultra-Low-Profile M8-1.25 Socket Head Screws or do what I did, for ease of install I used plastic push rivets, something like 90221A223 from McMaster Car would work or find a simile size at Lowe's or automotive store.
