As a user (cyberbobcity) pointed out the width of the bracket is 1mm too small. I have updated the files and removed the older ones. The inner width should now be 35.5mm as the exact width of the bracket is 35mm. It should now fit properly. Please downmload the updated files.
This is a remix of an Anti rattle for the Geeetech Aluminium printer but can be used with other printers with metal brackets at the top.
On my printer, the small screws holding the smooth rod in place were not flush. So cut a channel in the sides. Also added a face plate to hide the sponge behind.
Just print 2X, add a piece of sponge as shown in the original model and slip in place.
