Saw a gear shaped wine holder a few years ago in a small boutique and kicked ourselves for not buying it. This was my way for making up for that mistake.
This is a big project, that could be reduced in size to 10-15% and would still accomodate most wine bottles.
Simply print 2 of each section and you will have a front and back.
I glued together with CA, ensuring that the bolt connecting holes aligned before gluing.
I spent a fair amount of time sanding, but as you can tell from the images, I could have spent a lot more.
Tip: When I printed the gear sections, I changed the thickness to 12mm from 15mm to save time and material. I did not change the other dimensions.
