This is a print in place geared bearing fidget. It is intended to be a useful fidget and a torture test for printer setup. The stl files include spacing from 0.15 mm to 0.40 mm to allow printing with various printers, printer settings and materials. I have successfully printed this at 0.20 mm with PETG after tweaking Simplify 3D quite a bit.
I imagine it would be possible to print this with PLA fairly easily, but more challenging materials will require more adjustments to print successfully. The goal is to print with the smallest gap possible, that will still allow the printed object able to free up and spin. If there is too much play, the gear teeth will skip and the fidget will get messed up. Good luck!
