At the time I was having problems with people stealing and re-selling my designs which was hurting my 3D printing business so I decided to not release the files for this one publicly.
I closed up my 3D printing business a while back and recently was playing around with the GameCube and decided it's time to share this one with the community.
At one point I had a special request to include a slot to store a memory card from someone who traveled with their GC a lot and wanted to be able to securely store that in the drive bay area so I've included that as an alternate print option.
