That time it’s a soviet AP2-field hospital/ambulance, still in use in armies and medical services of successor states.
I included a picture of an Ukrainian unit, used in Iraq, published by US Marines – so this GAZ-version could be even used in western context.
The AP-2 comes accompanied with figures to show the hospital in conditions I would always like to see it –> ready to help, but not busy at all!
In my diorama I used some things, which are not mine:
a) The LuAZ is another of Pfelpensson’s great models, just scaled up to n-scale:
