Summary

52mm Gauge pod (40mm deep) for 23+ Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon with Bulletpoint RubiGrid or Badlands Dash Grid mounting systems.

I printed one for my Banks iDash Supergauge using ASA filament. I have a couple prior designs which extended off to the left closer to the driver that I had printed in PLA + which worked fine...until a few hot days in the sunlight and started to droop. This design doesn't extend to the left and may handle the heat better. I printed this new design using hi-temp ASA filament @ 20% infill which has held up perfectly this last week in hot, sunny weather.

***Strongly suggest using ASA filament or similar due to it handling high temps better than PLA +. I have had decent results with ASA at 250C, 85C build plate with glue stick, slow 40mm/s print speed, brim, and supports everywhere. I attached a pic of the settings I used for Cura's "Fuzzy Skin" which is somewhat similar to the texture on the dashboard. Also, it prints faster with the cup placed flat on the build plate.

Two different files. One for use with the Bulletpoint Rubigrid, and the other for the Badlands Dash Grid. You will have an issue getting a tool/wrench on two of the mounting screws on the Bulletpoint model, but I used my finger pressed down on top of the screw and snugged up the nut below which is good'nuf.
