The file 'Gatchaman G-Force Battle Of The Planets Phoenix 3D Printer Model' is (obj, stl) file type, size is 3.1MB.
This is a remix of Gentle Giant's Phoenix airplane from the 1970s Japanese anime, "Gatchaman" (aka Science Ninja Team Gatchaman). It was known as "Battle of the Planets" (aka G-Force) in the USA. If you want to know more about this Japanese anime check out the Wikipedia article. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Science_Ninja_Team_Gatchaman
There was also a live-action movie based on Gatchaman that came out in 2013.

I took the model and split the file into three individual parts using MeshMixer in order to print a larger model that can be glued together after printing. When printing the middle section of this model I suggest using support and a raft. When removing the rafts be careful doing so around the three small fins at the back and top of the model. Even at the size I printed my model they were still quite delicate to handle.
Once I printed all three pieces I glued them together with Goop brand multi-purpose adhesive and let the adhesive cure overnight.
Many thanks to GentleGiant for the creation of this 3D model!
NOTE: I took the individual files and converted them to .OBJ files in MeshMixer and uploaded them here if you want those, too.
NOTE 2: What's a 'gatchaman'? This name is a play-on-words of the Japanese onomatopoeia "Gaccha!", which is the sound of two mechas clashing and the word, "man," but also the old-fashioned name for people that connected locomotives on railways.
