This model is not originally mine. I did, however, edit it to be print- and wearable (removed eye-lenses and the straps. The .blend file is included, in case you guys want to make some changes to the mask.

I made this for a Chaos Insurgency cosplay and I think it works quite well, so this model is for all my Chaos/SCP fans (everyone else is obviously also free to make it).
I hope you guys like it and I'm looking forward to see your makes and variations of it!

There's not much to say about the printing.
It took about 44h to print and I printed it in three pieces, each on the flat side of the cut.
I used 10% infill with organic supports, 0.2mm layer height and a .4mm nozzle on an Ender 3 v2 neo.
I assembled it with superglue (cyanoacrylate based) and soldered it together on the inside.
I also hot-glued some old fabric on the mouth-area to make it more comfortable to wear, but I'm still working on how to strap it to my head effectively.
I will not be painting it because I'm a lazy fuck, I will however eventually put in some lenses for the eyes.

Edit: As you can see I've attached the mask to the Modern Army Military Helmet by SuperheroDIY (https://www.printables.com/de/model/118613-modern-army-military-helmet) using some cord. You can also see the fabric I hot-glued to the mouth area which I've mentioned above. Furthermore I've added a drinking tube (6mm in diameter and 1 meter long) which I inserted by first ramming my soldering iron through where I wanted the hole and then widening the hole with a 6mm drill. There's a coke bottle attached at the end for which I just used a lighter and the tip of a pen to make a hole in the cap so I can insert the tube. Cost of drinking tube: 1,40€/meter
