A simple yet seemingly hard to find mod... so I made my own.

this is set to 5mm height, which is as rough as I would go! You can lower the Z-Axis to 4mm or 3mm (I use 4mm now)
Width just narrower than hole but just wider than spring, so only adjust z axis/height
I suggest a layer of durable tape or something similar over the neutral hole (neutral shouldn't feel like a gear) so the bearing only depresses half way and helps to glide over neutral.
Then use 4mm and it will feel nicer going into gear without feeling harsher in neutral.
Alternatively just don't, and have a harsher neutral like me to help avoid mis shifts or to help to hold a weighted shifter knob.
Or be a legend and make your own plate with smaller neutral hole... I dunno it's up to you
