Bulkheads and Double-stakes to convert my LGB 53' flat cars to pulpwood cars.
Designed for printing with an SLA (resin) printer. I've included Chitubox project files that I used to successfully print on My Elegoo Mars printer. Yeah, I know I went a little crazy with the supports! The stakes may be printed with an FDM printer.
I've included the Drill template to make holes to fasten the bulkheads with M2 x 6mm Screws or just glue them.
Make bulkhead faces with coffee stirrers or Plastic sheet (100x105mm).
You will need to notch out the bed at each location you'd like to insert a stake for them to fit properly. (see photo) or just just make a new bed of coffee stirrers, steel mesh etc.
UPDATE: Added Chitubox bulkhead files with supports by request.
