These are Fusion 360 models of IKEA Skadis pegs in various configuration. Use "Insert into current design" and then create a joint between your component and the peg component.
You probably already know this, but it took me awhile to figure this out. When using the MAKE command, select both components by clicking the top level entry in the browser (the one with the filename). All components in the design will then be selected for the MAKE and become one object to slice.
The stl file from the Skadis Bracket for Jansjo LED Lamp is an example of using these models. [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3734958]
