Adding to Fusion360:
In the files section is the thread file, it needs to be placed in the most current release thread folder. The details of how to find it are located here:

The most recent version needs to be selected at this location:
%localappdata%AutodeskwebdeployProduction
The Thread files are placed in this location:
%localappdata%AutodeskwebdeployProductionversion IDFusionServerFusionConfigurationThreadData
Once there the thread will be listed in the create Hole/Thread options.
Also you have to put the custom thread files in after each update, they didn't make it easy.
