Merry Christmas!
Print without supports, minimal infill (I used 5%) Both versions included, single and dual extrusion.
I printed 2 trees, one at 0.2mm and the green one at 0.3, the purple one probably printed a bit better at 0.2 but both came out fine. I ran 2 shells on the green, 3 shells on the purple, 3 shells had less casualties on the branches when removing the cone.
There was a few ways I thought about doing a hairy tree, many of the attempts at branches and fancy things just yielded a painful print, where as this is about as easy a print as you can get and you can print it super fast also. Stands at just under 15cm tall, higher with the star. The Star is a bit big, but ah well.
Removal of outer cone is super easy, I just used a kitchen knife and cut around the inside, place in a bowl of hot hot water for a minute and then mold to shape, hair dryer works too but a little aggressive sometimes.
