I created this PVC funnel to solve a real-world problem: Normal funnels aren't long enough! I needed a way to pour boiling water into our home's clothes washer drain to clear out detergent buildup (someone's been using too much!). Because the drain is in a tight spot it's all but impossible to pour a pot of boiling water (slowly) into it. Normal funnels are either too wide to fit into the cavity above the drain or their spouts are too skinny/short (e.g. "ain't nobody got time for that!").
Using a length of 1/2-inch PVC pipe solves this problem entirely but taping a funnel to the pipe never works for long (at least, not with boiling water!). Hence, the custom-made PVC funnel.
It should fit nice and tightly around 1/2" PVC pipe and has an internal taper to ensure nothing leaks; no need to cement it! I tested it with SCH-40 PVC but SDR-21 (thin wall) should work too.
Note: I uploaded a transparent render of the model so it would be easier to see the internal taper and how that works.
