Summary

An aerospace partner needed a fully printable pancake coil for an EMF induction application. We designed this as a test to roughly their specifications to demonstrate the capability. Would love to see what applications you come up with using this material!

It has the highest conductivity of any FFF printable material on the market.

I used PETG as the substrate material, most printable plastics are fine but caution against PLA with electronic applications.
