An improved terminal block with all parts now 3d printable. Each is set on a 7.62mm (3x 0.1in) spacing to match common PCB pitch. Connection is made by a piece of wire through the groove in the base. 0.6 - 1mm wire best. The end of which could also be solderd to a PCB.
Note the wire is folded into the groove underneath leaving bare wire exposed. This was chosen to limit the complexity and support requrements of the part. It should be covered with insulating tape or similar.
Creating a reliable slot in the screw was difficult. A blank screw is included so it can be slotted with a hand file.
Printed on UP printer 0.2mm layer hight. Most details print ok but still may require some cleanup. Also includded is the step and 123d files if anyone would like to customise them.
Happy Printing
