I was asked to make my "large chip bag clip fully assembled"
even larger so that it will go across a full sized bag of chips.
This version is bigger than my printer so I can't test it to confirm the
measurements, but it's manifold and it should be fine. There was a successful print of this bag clip so I've removed the work in progress designation. But you can still feel free to send me a message if you need anything adjusted.
Besides making it longer, I added an arch along the back of each
arm to reduce bowing over the longer distance.
I'd print this with 30% infill given the length of the arms. No support
is needed. Note that you'll need a well calibrated machine to get
the hinge to print so that it separates and swivels correctly.

Once complete, gently bend the parts back and forth holding it
near the center hinge. You'll feel it click loose and then should
swivel freely.
