I noticed there was not a file for this and hope this one is up to the task.
This was for a friend of mine who got a good laugh out of it.
I used some chain and wire to make this work. A paperclip should work to make the clip and pin for the watch. Additionally when printing this the lion should be printed at an angle as depicted in my second screenshot.
