This is an adaptation of a design on Printables by NeilR that I don't see on here, modified to increase the grip height and add an extra support piece that fits under the screen.
Print with no supports, upright. The original creator designed a custom support to avoid the Cura calculated ones, it just snaps off with some long nose pliers.
I used a 60mm/s print speed on my Ender 3 Pro, and the Standard Quality preset. This gets the print to 3 hours 14 minutes.
