This is a silly tool that can help square up your receiver when you have to place it end wise to perform the gyro calibration step. Its probably not entirely necessary, but it is kinda useful and ensures the receiver is perfectly 90 degrees when you have to place it on the antenna end or the Plug end.
The receiver rests on a ledge so that it can be supported squarely but also so the wires will not get in the way.
