The file 'Frosthaven Summons: Jackal Mech 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 23.1MB.
Here's my proxy model for the Frosthaven summons, the Jackal Mech! The artwork for this guy is at https://github.com/any2cards/frosthaven/blob/master/images/art/frosthaven/characters/summons/fh-summon-jackal-mech-front.png. As you can see, I took a bit of liberty with this model, choosing to focus on one big buzz-saw arm instead of the array of arms in the artwork. I did this both to make the arm stronger and also to help its shape be more readily readable on the table.
Minis with this sort of a shape are always a challenge; I decided to make this one for base-less use. That means that it's roughly square bottom can take up a lot of a 25 mm square, instead of needing to fit the square bottom onto a 25 mm circle. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it makes a huge difference and gives me so much more space to play around with for the model!
I've posted two versions of the model. One that's totally assembled and one that's broken down into two parts. The two parts version just lets you print the saw blade flat on your printer bed, then glue it in place, as the support islands that a vertical saw-blade would create are the things of nightmares!
As always, the .blend file and pre-supported .3mf (including the one that I used to print this on my Prusa MK3, although the support points should work for SLA printers) for this model are available to my patrons at https://patreon.com/VirtuallyJason.
