Summary

This is for the DPVR E4 VR headset, which has issues with ventilation.
You have to take the Headset apart, so be aware of losing warranty.
Don't do it if you are not sure and have at least some basic skills. It is not that easy!
There is a video how to disassemble the DPVR E4 somewhere in the web.
You basically need to unscrew the screws under the face gasket and then the two screws that holds the front part. Use a plectron or something else to remove the front. It is a bit tricky but not glued in place. Avoid to ripp off the small cable that goes to the RGB-element at the Front. I destroyed mine.

Print the Front Grill flat with PLA. A very easy print.
Lay down the Headset flat with the visor up, then put the printed part on the headset and use a hair dryer to bend it in place (no heat gun please). Very easy! It is only a short burst of heat neccessary on the right spot and the grill begins to bend automatically. Be warned not to overdo it, or the middle part will bend too.
