Replace ball bearings that spin too easily with these print-in-place friction bearings. Can oil/grease them if the plastic tolerates it. I printed in ABS at 0.2 mm layer height. Provided here are three gap tolerances depending on how precise your flow and z offset calibrations are. Also provided is the fully parametric FreeCAD source design.
