I whipped up this wheel so that I could mount some 1.9 crawler tyres on the front of my RC hot rod for a dirt outing. This version has significant negative offset (rear bearing face is flush with the rear edge of the rim)
For assembly of one wheel you need:
(5) M2x12 mm screws
(5) M2 nuts
(2) 5x11x4 bearings/bushings (common in tamiya buggies)
You may want to scale the ring slightly, either to make it larger diameter, or wider, but since this is a freewheel I haven't had any issues yet.
