I designed this as a joke for my boss lol. He loves it, and hates it. It's horrible, and amazing. Print using a flesh-like color for best (worst) results XD.
I used adaptive layers in Cura, but as you can see it left noticeable lines where the layer height is different. Would recommend just using a small (detailed) layer height.
