Made a remix of "Francis Turbine Shower Head" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:181154.
It has less parts and easier attatches to a 25mm inner diamater hose.
Also the turbine runner dont have screw holes in it and attatches by heating up the axel lighty (with a lighter) and pressing it into the hole. I found this to be a very strong bond.
Recommended items needed:
1x 10mm ball bearing with a inner diameter of 6.35mm
6x M3x10 screws
4x M3x20 screws
4x M3 nuts
1x 6.35mm (1/4 inch) axel with a lenght of choice
Super glue for the the ball bearing
EDIT: Corrected the runner, it was inverted
