The file 'Framing Extrusion Profile Set – (Toolbox) 3D Printer Model' is (stl, blend) file type, size is 606.3KB.
This is a workbench, basic components for framing electronic panels. make custom panels for electronic projects, rabbit cut is 3/16 x 3/16, will allow room for a M3 wood screw for anchoring the panel inside the frame.
scale the straits to a length your printer can handle and glue them together or take the time to build them in blender and print and screw into place. (less glue)
I bought a small bookcase for few bucks (easier/faster then making one) small 3 shelf 12" wide with shelfs about 11" apart made of 1/2 thick wood. created my frames in blender and fastened them to the face with m3 wood screws. used 1/8 thick aluminum for the panels.
I did not make the extrusions with channels like the 2020 aluminum extrusion, simply so you can remove a few screws to access behind the panel without dissembling the frame too.
this set will be added to over time as i need more parts if you want something for this set let me know, would be happy to do it.
Have Fun and Enjoy
