This is a simple functionnal HDTV Antenna.
I used "100mm x 5M Pure Copper Foil EMI Single Side Conductive Guitar Shielding Tape" for the copper part. You can get that at ~10$ on banggood. Aluminium foil and glue stick will work as well, but will be a bit harder to cut right.
I suggest you cut off the small index pins if they don't work. Screw fit will be more than enough to keep everything straigt,
Use M3 screws that fits, I used M3x18.
You also need a 75 to 300 Ohm UHF/VHF Matching Transformer. Which you can get for a buck,
