I found the tile holder created by @mikeyadams66, but I needed something more for the remaining elements; however I was unable to find anything, so decided to design cards & tokens boxes myself.
Token lid is optional, it's been designed to match perfectly the box, however exact fit depends on the quality / settings of your printer (mine was printed with small gaps and it's a bit loose).
Box for large cards can either go on top or bottom, and there's some space for the tweezers and instruction leaflets from the expansions.
I've got smaller cards in sleeves and those fit just exactly in the box, however I cannot guarantee that other sleeves are not thicker / bigger, thus the box may not exactly match your needs, but unfortunately there's no more space in the box left to accommodate the potential variations.
