This was a 10-minute project I randomly decided to do out of curiosity. I booted up Fortnite Porting and Blender, and quickly took the meteor's prop file from the game. I included the original file, but I also included the smoothed file that I actually printed, because the original model was too blocky and rough.
So yeah, there you have it. There's not much else to say, it's just here in case anyone else has the same meteoric niche. I guess it could also work if you need a generic meteor or asteroid hanging around, so that's nice. Finally, I've found it makes for a good fidget, since the craters provide a satisfying texture.
