The file 'Fork Seal Driver – Motorcycle Repair Tool [All Sizes 36-50mm] 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 26.1MB.
I made a few of these for repairing / rebuilding my motorcycle forks. They are a great little tool to prevent the fork seals and dust seals from getting damaged during install. The driver has a bit of a recess that will hold onto a rubber band and keep the driver in place. It was also designed a bit over center so it "snaps" onto the fork stanction
I included 3D Files for all common fork stanction diameters.

I saved the .STL file in a larger (more triangles) higher resolution part than my initial pictures. You can see the .STL segmentation on my part that I used. I would still recommend sanding your parts to ensure smooth transition and prevent the seal lips from catching. I also applied grease to the seal driver to aide in install. I also used a hammer to finish the seating of the seal, as I didn't have the hand strength to finish it.
Print these upside-down (i.e. with the thick part on the printer bed) No need for support. The gap is small enough to not need any support.
Let me know if there are other sizes that need to be added - I also made a set of matching Bullet tools as well
Depending on the material and amount of use/force needed to drive the seal, you may want to adjust infill for your specific application. I have been using PLA ~80% infill but have seen success with as little as 50%.
