The file 'Forearm Joint For UnLimbited (prosthetic) Arm 3D Printer Model' is (pdf, stl) file type, size is 268.3KB.
This joint can be inserted into the forearm component of the Unlimbited Arm (http://www.teamunlimbited.org/the-unlimbited-arm/) to allow it to be printed in two parts. This allows each part to be printed on a 3D printer with a limited size printbed. It was recently used to join a forearm for an adult that was approximately 300mm (12") long which was printed on and 8" x 8" printbed. The two subcomponents can be printed in PLA and joined using thick CA glue (such as Superglue) then thermoformed as usual. I'd recommend leaving the joint for at least a day to set after gluing before thermoforming.
