This is the end cap that connects to the handrail post inside an 2017 Ford F250 tailgate. It will likely fit other Ford trucks with the same handrail, but I don't know for sure. I printed it with PLA and it works just like the original OEM part.
Orientation of the print on the bed matters for the springy tabs, it needs to be printed on its side for them to have the most strength. See the attached screenshot for the way I oriented them in the slicer.
I've printed it all as one piece and used supports where needed, as well as printed it out as two halves and super glued them together. Both ways functioned equally as well in the truck.
