Summary

This is a Folsom point which has been retooled following damage. I know this because it was used in one of my experiments and I did the retooling. It started out as a direct replica of a genuine point from Middle Park Colorado, replicated from an old cast of unknown origin purchased second-hand. It has since been reduced considerably in length, although it is still very much within "normal" Folsom dimensions. The base has also been reworked.

I am presenting this 3d model to everyone, free of charge. It has been changed substantially from the original artifact/cast from which it was derived. If you do use these models or data derived from them in a publication, please thank me or provide a citation to this page; while the models are simple they represent a fair amount effort in research, carving, scanning, etc.
