This is a folding stand for a portable (wireless) monitor (or tablet). When not in use, the stand folds almost completely flat. There is a ridge at the leading edge of the base to retain the monitor.
There are three parts: the base, the support, and the lock. In the renders the base is white, the support is red, and the lock is yellow.
Simply print all three parts (which should easily fit on a 220x220mm build plate). Flex the “support” and insert the tabs into the holes on either side of the “base”. Flex the “lock” and slip over the tabs on the outside of the “support”.
