I liked the "mister_orange" but wanted something that folds flat and something that didn't require a long machine screw.
My remix folds completely flat and uses a 3D printed screw to hold it all together.
I printed in Polymaker Polyterra PLA at 0.24mm layer height, 4 walls, 4 top/bottom at 100mm/s with 15% infill on an 8-bit Ender 3 with Klipper. Total print time ~5 hours.
20240202 - Added a shorter screw option. After a week of use I found that the PLA screw stretched a little and sat prou dof the bottom causing it to rock slightly. The new screw is approximately one thread shorter.
