Needed something that I couldn't find, hopefully this will fill the same need for the next guy.
The hubs go on the 4mm D-shaft geared motors you find commonly on temu or aliexpress, and they go in foam wheels that can be cut with a holesaw, or laser cutter, or whatever
Drill the center hole out to around 10mm, then press the wheels firmly onto the hub hooks
