I needed a LOT of foam hexagons to recreate some wargame maps, so I came up with this jig.
Print everything in the files.
I have posted some pictures to explain how it works. Sorry, these were the best that I could do. These are for 3/4" foam sheets.
The tolerances are 0, and it may take some sanding to get the pieces to fit. BUT it should be very tight.
