This takes sonnylowe's base for mounting a foam ball to reduce vibration and attaches sportsracer's printed 2020 T-bracket to it.
v1.0 puts the support in the center, while v1.1 puts it at one end, so that more of the 2020 rail sits on it (and therefore spreads out the pressure a bit).
