I kept dropping the plunger from my solder syringe, because MG Chemicals decided that a plunger that actually stays in the barrel is a thing of the past. So, I made a plunger keeper/flange extension. For MG Chemicals syringe, specifically, though, it may very well work with others.
My print is a low quality setting in Cura for the generic SV06 profile.
