Not an easy printer to put a bunch of Neopixels on, but they are fun. The LED strips are just stuck on the vertical profiles on the printer, you can have up to 6 strips two on each of the three aluminium profiles, The double sided tape is just fine for that, but if you dont put some sort of cover on they will eventually unstick. These profile strips clip on to hold the strips in place and clear the printer arms. The main strip can be used above the belt bolting mechanism, you will need to print a short one to fill the small gap at the top. The cutout one fits below the bolted section, depending on which side you are printing for you may need to mirror this. I printed this is clear Petg. no adhesion needed (at least I didn't on my print bed).
