The file 'Flower Pot With Sliding Tray – A Differnt Kind Of Thing…. 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 227.3KB.
This is a bit different for a flower pot. In my office I have a small industrial shelf and I wanted to hang a flower pot off one side of it. I looked around and did not see anything like this so I made this one.
It hooks and hangs on the side by sliding into the holes of the vertical support bars of the shelves as you can see in the photo.
The tray pushes up into the bottom of the pot and slides to the back for a snug fit. Inside the tray are three posts and at the top of each post is a small disc that is wider than the post, so I suggest you print this with support. I use the tree support in cura as they are the easiest to remove.
The same snap in place idea for the tray is how these attach to the vertical shelf supports. Hopefully the photo explains that.
Included are five files

flowerpot-with 90degree brace.stl
This is my original design. With this one, I wanted a vertical brace as I thought it would provide extra support. Turns out, that may not be necessary unless you are filling the pot with cement :)

This is the flower pot for those of you who do not need to hang it. Just print this model with the tray and you are good to go.
If you would like to make any changes to this, I have made it available in Tinkercad. You can find it by using this link:
